what you get:
Registration is $279 per person, which includes meals for all three days, two nights of lodging, top notch facilitation, your personal copy of the Sex and Love Step Recovery Booklet, and great fellowship. Set among the natural beauty of the Sequoia Retreat Center, 15 miles north of Santa Cruz, you'll get the peace and serenity you've been needing.

embracing the retreat:
We recommend that you stay on site to get the full benefit of the retreat, although a package without lodging is available for $249. We also recommend that you clear your schedule so that you can attend the entire event. Many of us take Friday afternoon or all of Friday off. Some of us will fly in Thursday.
time:
Friday dinner is served at 7. Please be prompt. Check in is from 5 PM and 7 PM. Sunday lunch is from noon to 12:30, after which we go home.
the program:
The program is twelve-step oriented, so attendees are invited to engage in actual step activity. There is also time for fellowship, recreation, and rest. Two general meetings for getting current are scheduled for Friday and Saturday nights.
the material:
Since no comprehensive guide to the Twelve Steps is yet among the Conference approved literature of the Augustine Fellowship, the Sex and Love Step Recovery Booklet, a straightforward, back-to-basics guide for sexual and romantic recovery has been created by and for recovering sex and love addicts. The Conference Literature Committee is currently working to get the booklet approved. Benefiting from the experiences of attendees at several retreats similar to this one, the booklet's third edition has evolved into one of the most comprehensive, spiritually encouraging, and easy to follow step guides available today.
the facilities:
The Sequoia Retreat Center is a beautiful, clean, and comfortable retreat facility, nestled in the wooded mountains of central California just north of Santa Cruz. Standard registration includes a three-bed cabin with its own full bathroom. Every cabin is heated. All bedding, linens, and towels are provided. You can arrange private or double occupancy rooms in advance for an additional fee, depending on availability.
pets:
Please leave pets at home. Service dogs are welcome, but please let us know in advance.
meals:
All meals are included, beginning with Friday dinner at 7 PM and ending with Sunday lunch. Fruit, beverages, and coffee service are provided throughout your stay. Vegetarian meals must be arranged in advance.
how to get there:
The Sequoia Retreat Center is less than a ninety minute drive south from San Francisco or Oakland, and it's twenty minutes north of Santa Cruz. You can enter your address followed by, "to 11445 Alba Road, Ben Lomond, CA 95005," into Google Maps to get directions. There are also directions available on www.sequoiaretreatcenter.com. For those who do not have Internet access, you can request that a map be mailed to you when we call to confirm your registration.
